The location was exceptionally nice and perfect for first time visitors to Ponferrada. The main shopping centre and a mall were right next door. The rooms were new-fashioned and neat with bathroom, just what was needed...

The staff was very attentive & pleasant. There were an electronic key card, a work desk, and television in the room, greatly enjoyed that. Our location was absolutely perfect and GOOD, close to a bus stop. You could walk to the main shopping centre and shopping centres. The restaurant was good and served amazing food.

The breakfast for 5euro. The location was favourable for traveling around Ponferrada, adjacent to the historical part of town and the central bus station of Ponferrada.

Good basic and big room which had central heating, television, and a writing desk. The location was excellent and ideal for getting around, as a bus stop was close to the hotel.

Greatly enjoyed Ponferrada, the hotel was fabulous close to grocery store. It had magnificent and ideal location, next to the central bus station, hostal Nirvana, and the castle and church. I randomly popped in Chocolate con Churros serving some pastries, located a 10-15 minute walk from the venue, it was nice.

Neat and silent room with a good en suite bathroom, the staff was exceptional. The location was favourable and perfect, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from old town The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a historic area.

the place was new and clean, with friendly staff and a great breakfast. the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient for walking to attractions and the bus station. it exceeded my expectations after a previous disappointing stay in the area.
